Additional delivery, handling or other charges may apply.

ORDERING

Sunscape Eyewear reserves the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Sunscape Eyewear immediately via email at info@isunscape.com If we have not yet accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. If we have accepted payment for an order, any request to cancel or refund the order will not be accepted.

DELIVERY

It is your obligation to provide the correct delivery information at the time of ordering. Should there be any omission or error in the delivery information, Sunscape Eyewear is not obliged to resend the order to the correct delivery destination at our expense. Sunscape Eyewear cannot guarantee the date or time of delivery. Sunscape Eyewear is not liable for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order.

REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS

As the manufacturer, we take special pride in the quality and performance of our eyewear. We stand behind the products we manufacture, providing an exclusive Lifetime Replacement Guarantee with every pair sold. In the event of accidental breakage, severe lens scratching, disconnected frames, or any other defect, we will either repair or replace your sunglasses to the exact or comparable style. The only cost incurred is a small $5.95 shipping and handling charge for sending the repaired or new pair of eyewear back to you. Whether you purchased directly from Sunscape Eyewear or from any of our authorized retailers and resellers, you're covered under this guarantee. Unlike most eyewear manufacturers, there is no cost or plan to purchase the Sunscape lifetime replacement guarantee. Our replacement guarantee is free and included with every pair sold, regardless of where the eyewear is purchased.
