*PLEASE NOTE: If your pair of eyewear that is need of a warranty replacement is not shown for sale on our site, please contact us before submitting your damaged eyewear. We are unable to replace a frame if it has been discontinued.

For replacement:

2. we will reply to your email with a credit card authorization form for the $5.95 return postage fee
   
3. the replacement frame will be mailed within 48 hours of receiving the credit card authorization form back
